Introduced: 1948
Purpose / Inspiration: The Seamaster was created to celebrate Omega’s 100th anniversary, built originally as a refined, water-resistant dress watch for post-war professionals. But over time, it evolved into a true dive legend. From James Bond’s wrist to deep-sea tool watch territory, the Seamaster family is now one of Omega’s most technically capable and widely recognized collections.
