Saint-Imier

Introduced: 2012

Purpose / Inspiration: The Saint-Imier Collection was launched to honor the brand’s birthplace and headquarters, the village of Saint-Imier, Switzerland, where Longines was founded in 1832. This line was crafted as a mid-tier dress-sport hybrid, bridging elegant case design with serious mechanical movements. It was Longines saying, “We’re proud of our roots—and here’s what modern heritage looks like.”

Why it matters: The Saint-Imier Collection is pure modern Longines—refined, reliable, and quietly packed with quality. It was built to mark a milestone, but what it really did was prove Longines could still offer substance and style without excess.
