Code 11.59

Introduced: 2019

Purpose / Inspiration: Designed to be a modern classic that bridges tradition and innovation. The name “Code” stands for Challenge, Own, Dare, Evolve—while “11.59” references the minute before a new day, symbolizing forward motion. It was meant to attract a younger, more design-forward collector segment.

Designer: While no individual is officially credited, the case and concept were led by AP’s in-house design team under CEO François-Henry Bennahmias’ direction.

Materials & Features: Multi-part case with an octagonal mid-case (a nod to the Royal Oak), ultra-slim bezel, double-curved sapphire crystal, and high-end in-house movements (including the long-awaited integrated chronograph caliber).

Discontinuation Status: Still in production. Ongoing development with additional models added since launch—chronographs, tourbillons, minute repeaters, and perpetual calendars.
